Since 2012, we are proudly "Made in Berlin": we are a very international team with 120+ people from over 30+ countries working in our central Berlin office, as well as teams located in Tokyo, Lisbon and Mumbai.

About the job...

You will lead and inspire our Product Management Team and report directly to the COO
You will analyze and scope product and process requirements requested by internal and external stakeholders and estimate efforts
You will be the technical expert in tenders and project acquisition process
You will prioritize the backlog and engage directly with the Engineering, Design, and Sales teams
You manage our roadmap, project plan & resource allocation
You will have the E2E responsible for implementation, delivery and maintenance
You will proactively remove roadblocks and seek clarification with stakeholder to assure ontime delivery
You will help mentor fellow coworkers and teach and train the team to work independent

What we're looking for...

You bring the professional experience of being in a similar position or at least 5 years in Technical Product Management and System Design position
You have experience of running projects with external stakeholders' management
You have excellent communication and problemsolving skills
You have a sound understanding of API's, web technologies and related processes
You have the ability to think in terms of technical processes and datastructures as well as user experience flows
You are processoriented, structured with a high attention to detail
You have solid experience of agile working
You are handson and proactive
You have a natural motivation to get things done
You foresee and anticipate challenges and upcoming tasks
You possess business fluency in English, German is a plus
