Job duties:

As a
Solution Architect (M/F/d) you bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions for departments such as R&D, quality management and regulatory affairs.

Your tasks will be:

Creating understanding for the business processes between all internal departments, the international IT department and the whole group corporation
Documenting requirements and launching different solution concepts based on the portfolio
Deployment of Product-LifecycleManagement
Implementation of technical and administrative processes

We are looking for:

Degree in business informatics, business administration or professional experience in informatics, consulting or similar
Knowledge of document management system(s)
Business fluent in English (C1)
Assured handling of ITSM processes towards ITIL
