In your new role you will:

Define, monitor and control
DAD relevant KPIs and set
Cluster targets:

-
Recognize and drive changes in a global organization towards data driven decisions culture and use data to create values
-
Identify current and future Cluster requirements & innovative use cases through ideation workshops, direct contact and advertisement in larger meetings
-
Develop and own
Cluster DAD Roadmap for use cases & requirements in alignment with cluster steering and ensures
scaling of solutions across sites:

Build a strong network and defines interfaces to various departments within the Cluster and Infineon as well as to
external partners including decision on potential vendors
Develop & provide framework and own
DAD processes for ideation, implementation, sharing, reuse and collaboration across sites high team efficiency, performance and enabling selforganized work on all sites

You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently across organizations and hierarchies from engineers up to senior management. You have a very well structured and sustainable working mode and think outside the box.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree
in Engineering, Science or Technical Studies or comparable, preferably Master or PhD
At least
7+ years of experience in the semiconductor production/ technology **or in similar fields

Deep knowledge in data management and artificial intelligence: Logistics know-how in terms of material and process flow in semiconductor is a plus

Excellent
leadership and negotiation skills for the cross functional team in different cultural environments
Profound experiences in
Project Management and Controlling:
Perfect English skills coupled with
business fluent German skills
