Then you must check our new job opportunity as Business Process Manager Join us now and get the chance to work on an international stage with Infineon Automotive Microcontroller Product Development management team and the leaders of our IP Centers of Competence.

As a Business Process Manager, you will help to plan, manage and update engineering-level processes, procedures, plans, and tools designed to increase engineering's productivity and efficiency.

Besides this, you will be responsible for establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics and identifying development process efficiency improvements.

In your new role you will also:

Create and maintain a database of milestones **based on existing data.
Create and
develop reports/dashboards to capture internal customer support efforts and
present KPIs .
Work with different systems to
gather, report, and ascertain critical process performance trends and perform
statistical analysis and trend analysis .

Organize data and
prepare clear and concise presentations (using expert-level PowerPoint skills) that can be easily read by executives and business groups for decision-making.

Deliver sustainable results using
statistical analysis tools and
project management methods.
You are a driver self-starter with a problem-solving mindset. You are quality-oriented, self-motivated, and remain focused on solutions.

Your detail-oriented view aligned with your strong data analysis skills makes it easier for you to develop reports and present your ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Furthermore, you are able to work through ambiguities, you demonstrate strong communication skills, and know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A
degree in
Computer Science ,
Electrical Engineering ,
Data Analysis ,
Computer/Informational Science or
a Master's degree
in Business Administration
and/or Computer Engineering **and/or
Electrical Engineering .

-
At least 8 years of experience working in an
Engineering environment . Experience in
software ,
engineering , and/or
project management environment would be preferred.

Expert level knowledge in
MS Excel (macros, charting and pivot tables would be an advantage) and
MS PowerPoint.**:
Understanding of
project planning and
tracking methods using
Waterfall or
Agile methodologies would be a plus.
