Now our client, a global IT service company, is seeking for its Dusseldorf branch a


Sales administrator (M/F/d)
*Part time initially, 32,5 hours a week


Your responsibilities:

- request quotations from suppliers, create purchase orders and process purchasing
- keep track of goods delivered from suppliers
- receive and inspect purchased goods
- stock keeping
- create quotations for customers
- deal registrations and price negotiation with suppliers
- arrange shipment
- maintain relationships to suppliers, manufacturers and partners
- create reports and prepare presentations
- assist with planning and arranging events
- administrative tasks incl. arranging sales meetings
- answer customer enquiries


Your profile:

- relevant working experience, working experience as a sales assistant is preferable
- working experience in the IT sector is preferable
- confident in dealing with managers, suppliers and contractors
- confident telephone manners and good business etiquette
- business fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- excellent communication skills
- excellent planning and organization skills
- attentive to details
- proactive, resilient and reliable
- ready to transition to a full-time position after a few years
