YOUR MISSION:

To give our customers the best time of the day
You will be directly responsible as KITCHEN COMMIS (hot and cold):
You are for the preparation of service in the kitchen
Knowing the hygiene rules for the storage of food and its use according to the rules in force
Being a guarantor of the rhythm of the service, the quality of the dishes coming out
Being coordinated with the chef de partie to support them during service

YOU WILL BRING.

Be a leader who knows how to work in a team and dares to pace and organize
Your boundless passion for cooking, tradition and the challenge of organizing work on large volumes and large brigades
A desire to learn and grow
You speak, English or Italian, German is a plus
