Responsibilities:


Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an HR Representative.

Temporary contract.


Support the employees of Intergraph Deutschland PP&M GmbH in DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and the countries under DACH (Hungary, Lithuania, and Turkey) as well as the countries of Eastern Europe (Czech Republic and Poland) in all HR activities, including and not limited to payroll and payroll related activities, performance management, absence management, etc.

Act as a reliable partner for the management, employees and other departments (e.g. Finance, IT, etc.).

  • Manage all HR processes, including formalizing Labour Agreements, personnel files, benefits, etc. for approx. 115 employees across Germany, 7 in Austria and 5 in Switzerland.
  • Support Line Managers and employees with annual Performance Reviews, lncentive Plans, Talent Management, Performance Management, Individual Development Planning, Training needs identification, Engagement Survey etc.
  • Taking part in settlement of Labour disputes and conflicts.
  • Advise management in any organizational change for the countries such as restructuring, succession planning and legal affairs.
  • Draft and implement corporate policies and procedures.
As part of EMIA HR Team you will be responsible for:

  • Investigate, assess, and develop new company policies.
  • Participate and act on the collective EMIA HR tasks and topics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent).
  • 5 + years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist/Specialist.
  • Knowledge of labour, tax, and social insurance law.
  • Possessing business knowledge preferably with an Economics background.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (SAP Success Factors), MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Excellent oral and writing skills in English (business proficiency) and German (at least C2 level).
  • Experience with workers councils is an advantage.
  • Experience working in an HR function of a multinational company would be an advantage.
  • Able to maintain strong working relations with staff and business partners that may be located outside of Germany.
  • Experience of an international business environment preferably in a software, technology or projects business would be an advantage.
