• Guide the design, light weighting, preverification analysis and result review of global vehicle NCAP safety performance, and drive the execution.
• Provide guidance and solutions for collision safety issues, and drive the implementation of the solution.
• Take charge of the road map planning on active & passive safety integration.
• Lead crossteam communication on active safety, EE architecture, other safety related issues and drive the problem solving.

• Master's degree and above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 10+years' working experience in crash safety.
• Global NCAP design experience of more than 3 vehicle models, with impressive evaluation results achieved.
• Good capability in theoretical safety.

• Good understanding of US-NCAP, IIHS, E-NCAP, C-IASI, C-NCAP and global crash international standards, and should have a good insight on future development trends.
• Passionate about new technology, with a certain understanding of active and passive safety integration.

• A highly motivated team player with excellent crossteam communication skills.
• Ability to take highlevel inputs from different stakeholders and distill them into concrete next steps and action.
• Good problemsolving skills.
• Be Proactive and should have the ability to think out of the box to meet business goals effectively.
