Your mission

  • You will take over the psychological counseling of 1on1, group video sessions and/or webinars with our users and accompany them in improving their mental wellbeing
  • You make a difference in what you do at Likeminded
  • You get the opportunity to help shape our mental health platform as part of a community
  • You are flexible with regard to your working hours and can work from anywhere

Profile:


  • You have successfully completed your degree in psychology (M. Sc. or Diploma), ideally with a focus on clinical psychology and / or work and organizational psychology
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in working (individual and group sessions) with different clients and different concerns, preferably also in an online setting
  • You are characterized by a high degree of empathy and have experience in supporting and advancing people in difficult situations
  • You share the conviction that people with the right support and the necessary psychological knowledge have the potential to achieve their personal mental wellbeing and share our passion to show people exactly this potential
  • Not a must, but a plus: You have an additional qualification such as a coaching training, a license to practice as a psychological psychotherapist (preferably behavioral therapy)
  • You can offer your services not only in English, but also in one or more other language(s) apart from German
