The role is based in Kelberg with the flexibility to work remotely up to 50%.

About your Role

As a Scrum Master (f/d/m), your responsibilities include:

Coaching cross-functional agile teams
Motivating and supporting the team in the organization of agile product development
Analysis and optimization of development processes
Identifying and resolving obstacles and conflicts
Developing methodologies that help the team achieve peak performance
Ensure the team understands priorities and maintains focus

About you
You have several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master (f/d/m), ideally in agile software and hardware development. Furthermore, you are able to communicate fluently in German and English.

Furthermore, you bring the following strengths:

You are a good facilitator and can steer a team through your strong communication and organizational skills
You already have experience in planning and conducting workshops
It is important to you to create the environment for the team to be successful
Handson mentality and motivation to continue to drive agility in the company and challenge processes

Ideally, you also bring experience in various agile and LEAN methodologies.
