How You'll Make an Impact

  • You are responsible for 0wning and continuously improving the mission planning and execution concept making sure that all partners work seamlessly, flawlessly and efficiently together and are as excited about our AIbased Service, as we are
  • You qualify and train our SIEAERO sensor system operators and keep a close contact to them during mission execution and beyond. You conduct test flight campaigns and support defining these campaigns in alignment with our product development team
  • You collaborate with our European and North American flight partners on trainings, technical certifications and other operational aviationrelated duties
  • You are able to execute smaller missions or test flights yourself as a Sensor Operator and act as technical support in case of technical difficulties during mission execution
  • You share our vision and operationally support our team at the journey transferring from helicopterbased to largescale BVLOS dronebased operations over the midterm time horizon
  • You live Siemens Energy's Zero Harm Culture by implementing our Zero Harm standards and ensure our partners live the same standards

  • Several years of experience in operational project management, especially mission design and execution within industrial field service, military or similar
  • You are familiar to typical flight planning GISbased software programs like QGIS; further programming and debugging skills are a major plus
  • Ability and willingness to participate in utility patrol type helicopter flights
  • You have gained previous experience in volatile and fastmoving environments that require improvisation, taking ownership and responsibility and fast decision making under uncertainty
  • You have an eagerness to learn and improve the way we do our business missionbymission, you don't give up on rainy days just like the rest of the team
