This is your job:

Analyze data from the 8 production sites to identify trends, challenges and areas for improvement;
Provide COO with regular reports on production performance metrics, costs and other relevant KPIs across all sites;
Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and recommend best practices;
Review and analyze departmental budgets, ensuring that they align with operational objectives and providing feedback;
Identify potential operational risks and work with local operations managers to develop mitigation strategies;
Ensure that all sites are aligned with the overarching group strategy and objectives;
Facilitate sharing of best practices and resources among sites to ensure consistency and foster collaboration.

You have these skills:

Successfully completed training and/or studies in the field of IT/Data Science or Business Administration;
Several years of experience in the abovementioned area of responsibility within an international environment (preferably in a manufacturing, mediumsized company);
Indepth knowledge in the area of business intelligence;
Process improvement, financial insight and risk assessment / management skills;
Analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics & reporting tools;
Knowledge of SAP, Odoo or QlikSense an advantage;
Independent, accurate and reliable way of working;
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, strategic thinking and a motivated way of working;
Intercultural competences;
Business fluent in English; at least fluent in French and/or German an advantage; Willingness to travel occasionally on a projectrelated basis.
