Our brand-new classy pizza restaurant and bar, located in the heart of Kreuzkölln, is opening in May and we are currently seeking a full-time pizza chef, restaurant supervisor, and professional bartender to join our team.

We are looking for individuals with 'Bock' - people with a passion and energy for their craft - who are excited to work alongside our owner/chef to create a unique and memorable dining experience.

Open Positions

Pizza Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside our Chef/owner, creating starters, pizzas and desserts, using our highquality ingredients.
• Ensure quality and consistency.
• Create new and innovative pizza recipes to add to the menu.
• Manage stock/produce with a focus on minimising waste and sustainability
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Work with the Chef and service team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and timely service of food.
• Train junior chefs and kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef
• Excellent knowledge of pizza dough and ingredients
• Understanding of traditional pizzamaking techniques and woodfired ovens
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining highquality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Food safety and hygiene certification
• English and B1 German need to be spoken.
