Lead Data Scientist


Responsibilities:

Being hands-on technologist and upto speed with the latest technologies in the fast evolving AI/ML/Gen AI area, you'll take overall responsibility for front ending with the customer from a technical perspective and guiding the team for solution delivery and earning customer delight


This includes:

  • Working closely with the customer to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions, and supporting the customer on an ongoing basis,
  • Working as part of the team, sharing and reviewing ideas, mentoring and guiding team members through technology, architecture, and implementation details,
  • Leading by example in designing the solutions, trouble shooting the issues

Qualifications:


  • 7 + years of experience in AI/ML/Gen AI Technologies.
  • A passion for coding, data science, and open source technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior engineering role with proven experience in design/development and deployment of AI/ML solutions across different use cases in Health Care, using different technologies ( ML/DL/NLP )
  • 2 + years of experience in deploying NLP based solutions into production and supporting the Models in Production using different Frame Works and Tools like NLTK, Spacy, SKLearn, Tensorflow, Keras, AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, and tools like Google Colab,
  • 1+ years of experience in architecting and designing LLM based solutions using models like BERT/ROBERTA/ GPT 1/2/3.5, Langchain.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team of developers.
  • Excellent communication skills; both in customerfacing and internal team communication.
  • Fluent in core software tooling: Python, Git, Unix/Linux, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, Airflow, Spark, PyTorch
  • Experience delivering software using an agile development methodology.
  • Proven Experience in Integration of different tools and technologies to create an endend solution.
  • Proven expertise in Python and related technologies
  • Experience with AWS cloud computing platform
