  • Executive Search ConsultantAs a Rates Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Banks Rates business in the Northern European market. The primary responsibility will be to drive sales in the Rates domain, with a strong emphasis on SSA. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse and extensive set of clients, contributing to the growth and success of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients in Northern Europe.
  • Focus on Rates sales, with a primary emphasis on SSA's.
  • Provide expert insights and solutions to clients, addressing their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in Rates Sales at a Director level or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of the German, Dutch, Austrian and Nordic financial markets.
  • Strong network within bank treasuries and asset managers in Northern Europe.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, selfmotivated, and driven to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
