As a Marketing Manager, you should support the marketing department by planning, coordinating and overseeing the completion of projects and processes within the marketing department by collaborating with team members and freelancers.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company's marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.


Responsibilities:


1. Improve Product Listings

• Create a system to ensure high quality product listings are updated across all channels
• Determine what items require additional content creation
• Coordinate content production as needed
• Update existing product listings (images, copy, title, bullets, etc.)
• Create a process to onboard new items

2. Marketing Report Generation & KPI Analysis

• Create a system to maintain reporting info on Marketing Activity
• Streamline the preparation of Marketing KPIs and reports
• Enforce preparation of KPIs on an individual and team level

3. Organize Marketing Data, Product Info, and Visual/Written content

• Written & Visual Content images, video, copy
• Marketing Data social media data, customer data, website data, KPIs, etc.

4. Create Robust Structures for Frequently Repeated Processes

• Influencer outreach
• Artist Partnerships
• Social Media Posting
• Content Creation
• Product Onboarding and Setup
• Product Launch and Promotion

Techinical Requirements:

• Reliable and wellmaintained home office setup.
• Dedicated space at home for working.
• Desktop or laptop computer with good specs
• Headset and webcam.
• Fast and stable internet connection & preferably a backup connection method.
