Your Role :

As a Personal Assistant to SVP Contract Logistics EMEA, you will have a key role in supporting our regional manager and collaborating with the CL management teams.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.

Join us and contribute to the success of our logistics operations across Europe and the Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the Regional & National CL Management teams, maintaining effective communication channels and promoting compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assist the Senior Vice President in various aspects of their work, including calendar management, administrative assignments, and representing them when needed.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to the Regional Manager, as well as internal and external customers, by addressing their communicative and administrative needs efficiently.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate administrative systems, including IT systems and platforms, to streamline operations.
  • Plan, execute, and document management meetings, ensuring proper preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and followup on action items.
  • Prepare materials for presentations to the Regional Manager and the Regional Management team, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Gather and extract information from various sources to create documents, presentations, and briefing papers.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external regional events, ensuring smooth execution and fostering strong relationships.
  • Actively participate in internal and external networks to facilitate continuous development through knowledge sharing.

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • Solid practical experience of more than 5 years, preferably in a similar role supporting management teams within international companies.
  • Strong time management and project management capabilities, enabling you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Financial acumen and strong analytical skills to contribute to strategic decisionmaking processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in English.
  • Experience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams, assisting in setting sessions, content, and agendas.
