We are looking for a stellar member to our founding team (f/m/x) who will develop our product.

We are building a blue-collar workforce-as-a-service platform that is currently in stealth mode. Founded by two WHU fellows, this start-up aims at fundamentally overcoming the labor shortage in the blue-collar industries.

We recently raised a 7-digit round with renowned business angels and family offices to accelerate growth and define a new category leader with a sustainable, profitable business model.

Aufgaben

  • You will be responsible for developing the product and technology backbone for building a new category leader
  • You creatively and proactively design features, including their implementation to continuously optimize the product and business operations (e.g., with lowcode tools)
  • You track and measure KPIs to evaluate performance, majorly driving the company's growth targets and user experience
  • You lead the product and engineering team, including major projects and initiatives, with the responsibility for hiring, developing, and managing all employees in these teams
  • You will work closely with the founding team and steer the venture's direction to revolutionize the future of work
Qualifikation

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related field from a renowned institution (a Master's degree is a plus but not a necessity)
  • Professional experience in product management, i.e., building a product from scratch and steering software developers (touchpoints in HRtech architectures is a plus)
  • Driven, entrepreneurial spirit and an intrinsically intrigued to test new technologies
  • Structured, analytical mindset coupled with excellent communication skills
  • Exposure to highgrowth, fastpaced environment, such as in scaleups or big tech companies
