Your role:


As the CDx Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing CDx strategies, driving CDx projects, and supporting Precision Medicine based drug development.

You will coordinate and drive CDx projects in collaboration with external diagnostic partners, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and regulatory requirements.

You will develop and execute CDx strategies, taking into account the needs of the therapeutic program, technological advancements and regulatory guidelines.

Your responsibilities also include the evaluation of new CDx partners, representation of the CDx function in global program teams and the communication of CDx strategies to internal governance bodies.

Your will strongly collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of biomarker testing in clinical trials. Furthermore, you will provide support to commercial functions from a diagnostic perspective.


Who you are:


  • PhD or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics industry
  • Personal track record in a matrix leadership role and in managing external partners
  • Knowledge of IVD/CDx product development, regulatory requirements, and commercialization aspects.
  • Strong understanding of drug development and the dependencies in drug/CDx codevelopments.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary pharmaceutical/diagnostic teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20%.
