Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben

The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities:

Providing direction and guidance in the development, implementation, and communication of information risk-related policies, standards and 2nd level controls
Manage the full cycle of IRM:
- Perform threat analysis
- Perform structural analysis for ODDO BHF's information system
- Manager Protection requirement analysis and compliance assessment process along all components of the information compound
- Drive and track risk treatment decision and tracking process
- Build and Maintain Group Information Risk Inventory including the transfer to the operational Risk Management
Define and perform annual ISM audit / control plan for ODDO BHF Group
Build, Manage and Maintain the Information Risk Management Reporting to all relevant stakeholders (executive management, committees, internal / external auditors)
Functional management of the Information Risk Management team of ODDO BHF Solutions (Saarbrücken) and direct management of ISM "Audit" team in Frankfurt / Paris
Build and maintain an external network with other senior ISM / IRM professionals, as well as applicable risk forums/bodies
Continuously improve operational efficiency and governance
Build stakeholder confidence in ODDO BHF's use of risk techniques

Anforderungsprofil

Anforderungen
Knowledge about the following requirements is required, certification on these topics is of advantage:

ISO 2700x series on information security and risk management
German and European regulation in the financial sector (MaRisk, BAIT, EBA Guidelines)
Other certification in the area of cyber security, such as CISSP, etc.
Expert knowledge of information security systems and procedures, strong analytical and problemsolving skills, excellent communication skills, expertise in computer networks
Very good communication skills in English and German/French (at least one of the two languages, both are an advantage)
