- Du koordinierst zwischen den beteiligten Teams aus eCom, Marketing und Social Media und nutzt dabei routiniert Tracking, Analytics und A-/B-Testing Tools
- Du hast mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich eCommerce/Online Shop sammeln können und kannst bereits Erfolge im CRO-Umfeld vorweisen
- Die gängigen Tools gehören zu Deinem Arbeitswerkzeug und Du bist es gewohnt, mit Zahlen zu arbeiten und auf Conversion KPIs zu optimieren
- Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von UI/UX
