- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Teststrategie, um das Nutzerverhalten auf unserer E-Commerce Plattformen (Website & App) zu verstehen und konkrete Hypothesen zur Verbesserung der Conversion Rate und der User Experience abzuleiten
- Etabilierung eines unternehmensweiten Verständnisses von CRO und einer Testing Kultur mit dazugehörigen Prozessen
- Planung, Durchführung und Evaluierung von Personalisierungen und A/B-Tests zur Optimierung der Conversion Rate und anderer relevanter KPIs
- Stetige Überwachung der Ergebnisse unserer A/B-Tests, um Insights & Learnings zu gewinnen und Optimierungen voranzutreiben
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit Schwerpunktbereich Statistik oder Ähnlichem
- Mehrjährige, tiefgreifende Berufserfahrung auf einer vergleichbaren Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse-Tools wie Google Analytics (GA4), Nosto, ABLyft oder ähnlichen Tools
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
- Fähigkeit, interne oder externe Teams für A/B oder User Testings zu leiten und zu motivieren
- Detailorientierung (Präzision in der Dokumentation von Testergebnissen)
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten und proaktiv Maßnahmen zur Optimierung zu ergreife
