Your role:


In this dynamic leadership role, you will manage and empower a team of scientists including lab heads to advance our pipeline.

You will be part of leadership team and work with scientists to create, execute research strategies for discovery projects, and to enable clear Go/No-Go decisions.

You will guide the development, selection, and design of mechanistic studies as well as in vitro assays supporting pipeline progression utilizing physiologically relevant cell models and state of the art technologies.

You responsible for efficient resource management including CRO management.

You will guide and ensure high-quality, state of the art data analysis and timely report generation for project teams, governance committees and senior management.

Furthermore, you will outline and communicate research goals and oversee design of studies and data generation.

**Who you are: - PhD/MD degree or equivalent in Neuroscience, Neuro-immunology, or related field

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Expert knowledge in neuroinflammation, neuroimmunology and related diseases
  • Demonstrated scientific leadership and deep understanding of drug discovery and translational research in Neuroscience and/or Neuroimmunology
  • Passion for people management and experience in managing teams of scientists globally, internally and externally through collaborations
  • Ability to oversee multiple preclinical projects and advance in a timely manner
  • High energy and personal dynamics to drive innovation
  • Organizational talent, strong analytical skills, strategic and operational thinking and approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation, interpersonal, influencing and networking skills
