What to Expect

The WHS Team leader leads a team of employees. The Team leader is responsible for controlling and monitoring the operational warehouse activities in line with Tesla code of conduct and service level agreements.

What You'll Do

Creates and actively participates in an open communication culture
Ensures a safe working environment for all Tesla employees and visitors
Create and maintain a customer first approach and mindset
Accountability of business KPI's and SLA's
Maintain a clean working environment in line with 5S standards
Identify and complete training and development needs of teams to ensure business stability and growth
Identifies process improvements that positively impact efficiency or customer satisfaction
Participates and leads in change management culture within Tesla.
Allocating and maintaining of resource and hardware in line with forecast
Backup / cover of line manager in absence
Monitors employee performance and productivity and drive improvements based on data shown
Interaction with Tesla departments to jointly support a higher customer experience
Staff planning in line with forecasted volume
100% Visible and active within the operation floor
