We are seeking a
UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team, as we push forward with the development of the premier MongoDB GUI tool.

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with all departments, from ideation and conceptualization to final execution.

We are searching for an individual whose expertise and insights will be highly valued, attentively heard, and implemented into our design approach.

Who you are:

As a passionate designer, you have a relentless desire to enhance our product suite for the benefit of our customers.

Your goal is to craft visually appealing and intuitive experiences that inspire natural user behaviors, enabling everyone to maximize their productivity with 3T tools.

What you'll achieve:

• Making significant contributions to the development of our design system.
• Collaborating closely with a diverse and interdisciplinary team, which includes Senior UX/UI Designers, Customer Insight Specialists, Web Designers, Marketing Specialists, Software Developers, and Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Communicating conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale effectively, both verbally and visually.
• Considering the technical implications of your design decisions and striving for solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
• Conducting UX/user testing sessions with our customers to inform and improve the user experience.

What we need you to bring to the table:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases your design thinking and vision.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design processes and methodology.
• Familiarity with running user testing sessions and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable design solutions.
• A passion for problemsolving and taking on new challenges, with sharp attention to detail and a drive to see projects through from research to completion.
• Proficiency in using Figma as the primary design and prototyping tool.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Extra credit if you also have

• Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
