Stellenbeschreibung

Du unterstützt aktiv unseren Vertrieb und unsere Projekte bei kommerziellen und organisatorischen Themen und Aufgaben.
Du erfasst und pflegst Daten und Vorgänge im CRM- und Projektmanagement-System (Kundenstammdaten, Leads, Opportunities, Angebote, Projektstrukturen).
Du übernimmst eigenständig Aufgaben im Bereich der Angebotserstellung, Bestellbearbeitung und Bestellverfolgung.
Du hältst Rücksprachen mit den technischen Abteilungen der Kunden während der Angebotserstellung.
Du betreust eigenständig Kampagnen und Kundenmailings.
Du wirkst mit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Vorgehensweisen.

Qualifikationen

Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
Erfahrung und Kenntnisse: Sicheres Auftreten im Kunden- und Projektumfeld
Ausbildung: Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebwirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Voraussetzung für die Werkstudententätigkeit ist die Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule.
