Your Tasks- Be the entrepreneur for the propositions in your responsibility and contribute to scale E.ON's eMobility business in the German market while accelerating our path to a net zero society
- Own your B2C customer value propositions from 360° view, especially the localization of our global portfolio including the gotomarket in the respective countries as well as the full proposition lifecycle management across these countries
- Take full responsibility for the localization strategy and local roadmap including the proposition implementation from an E2E view across marketing, commercial and operational dimensions in close alignment with other countries and the crosscountry portfolio team
- Maintain a structured and excellent customer and market understanding to guide a customercentric decision making and feed your market knowhow into global proposition portfolio processes while keeping track of right satisfaction metrics of your portfolio
- Utilize the frame (e.g. product vision) of our global portfolio to drive a convincing storytelling and gotomarket approach for the products and services in your scope
- Design excellent E2E customer journeys and build the processes together with the responsible functions to deliver a seamless value proposition to the customer and trigger necessary process and IT developments
- Own and continuously improve the inlife value creation from your propositions by coordinating stakeholders in a rapid steering approach crossfunctionally
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the area of electric mobility / charging infrastructure
- Proven capabilities in product development and product marketing
- Leading complex crossfunctional teams in a project and/or program environment
- Selfstarter, with 'cando' resultsoriented attitude and drive to deliver growth with / through the regional sales businesses
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills you are really into creative problemsolving
- Ability to communicate and convince senior stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
