    Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für die Beschaffung und das Management von Unteraufträgen und sind Sie bereit, unser Team zu verstärken und unser schnell wachsendes Unternehmen aktiv zu unterstützen? Wir suchen einen Spezialisten/Manager für Unteraufträge, der bereit ist, die Verantwortung für zugewiesene komplexe und hochwertige Arbeitspakete von der Auftragsvergabe bis zum endgültigen Vertragsabschluss zu übernehmen. In dieser Rolle sind Sie ein entscheidender Teil einer hochgradig teamorientierten Organisation, die mit interdisziplinären Schnittstellen und Interessengruppen wie Technik, projekt- und kaufmännischem Management, Terminplanung, Recht und Baumanagement, zusammenarbeitet.

    • Funktionelle Berichterstattung an den Project Procurement Manager (PPM)
    • Überwachung und Fortschrittskontrolle der Leistung von Nachunternehmern
    • Durchführung von Mengenkontrollen
    • Abwicklung der Zahlungsprozesse für Nachunternehmerrechnungen
    • Management von Forderungen an/von Nachunternehmern
    • Verwaltung von Änderungs-/Abweichungsaufträgen
    • Risikominimierung von finanziellen Auswirkungen
    • Aushandeln von Vertragsabschlüssen
    • Enge Kooperation mit der Technik, Konstruktion, Terminplanung und dem Projektmanagement
    • Kontinuierliches Verbesserungsmanagement durch regelmäßiges Feedback (Lessons Learnd)

    Zeigen Sie Ihre Kompetenzen

    • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder des Ingenieurwesens
    • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufs- und Projekterfahrung aus großen Bau- und Ingenieurprojekten mit
    • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an kaufmännischem Bewusstsein, das Ihnen als Kompass für Ihre tägliche Arbeit dient
    • Sie sind erfahren im Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) und SAP (von Vorteil) und beherrschen die deutsche und englische Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Level B2)
    • Sie sind bereit zu handeln, Ergebnisse zu liefern und unternehmensweit zusammenzuarbeiten
    • Sie treffen aktiv Entscheidungen und übernehmen die Verantwortung für die von Ihnen getroffenen Entscheidungen
    • Sie sind offen für die Arbeit in dynamischen Projekten und begrüßen Veränderungen als Chance zur Weiterentwicklung
    • Sie treiben Ihre eigene Entwicklung voran und ermutigen andere, Möglichkeiten jenseits ihrer Komfortzone zu erkunden
