Team

The relationship management team focuses on managing the day to day interactions with Raisin's partner banks. A relationship manager owns/assists the management of key accounts, projects, and expansion of new banks onto Raisin's marketplaces.

The success and growth of Raisin and our partners ultimately rests on us.

We are accountable for owning and managing our key relationships and accounts, taking direct responsibility for the performance and reporting of those accounts and bringing new savings products to the consumer market.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and committed working student for 20 hours per week.


In particular, you will be responsible for:

  • Take ownership of daily operational tasks within the Relationship Management team and provide support as required.
  • Create, adapt, and translate essential customerfacing documents.
  • Maintain and manage the documents in our content management system.
  • Contribute to the smooth expansion of our partner banks into various marketplaces by creating documents or establishing IT readiness.
  • Analyze and prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Your Profile

The relationship management team is highly dynamic and our impact and stakeholders are broad.


To succeed in this role, you would need to be:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a similar field is required.
  • Practical experience in startups or consultancies is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Skilled communication abilities are crucial for managing stakeholders across teams and partners.
  • Sharp analytical and conceptual skills with a systematic approach to problemsolving are necessary.
  • A high level of attention to detail is required.
  • A strong sense of customer responsibility and ownership is a musthave trait for the role.
