Beschreibung

Gipanis GmbH is looking for a full-time Leading laser processing technologist to join our team at our head office in Mönchengladbach, Germany.

There are many Ukrainian / Russian-speaking colleagues in the team, so basic knowledge of English and / or German will be enough.

• Setting up and programming laser machines and UV printing machines
• Monitoring of production parameters for new launches and current activities
• Development of technological documentation and introduction of new products
• Material testing and implementation of new technologies
• Optimization of production processes and equipment operation
• Product quality control

• Real work experience in a personalised product manufacturing facility (laser cutting, CNC, plotters, digital printing, garment production)
• Skills for determining the standard consumption of raw materials, semifinished products, tools and standards for technological operations for products and semifinished products
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, AutoCad, Fusion360 software and ability to read blueprints
• Accuracy in performing assigned tasks
• Preparation and maintenance of technological documentation
• Dynamism and independence in activity, setting to achieve the goal

• Possibility of relocation to Germany (Mongengladbach, Dusseldorf region) or readiness for frequent business trips to the central office in Germany
