To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time
Event Planner (M/F/d) as soon as possible.

This is what your day looks like:

Processing event inquiries for our 10 event rooms and group reservations.
Preparation of offers and contracts
Creation of function sheets
Advising and supporting our guests, during and after the event
Planning of events
Preparation, execution and followup of events
Coordination and communication with our operational and administrative departments
Preparation of deposit invoices and final invoice control

What we want from you:

Completed training in the hotel industry and initial professional experience in the field of events would be an advantage
Previous knowledge of the OPERA booking system desirable
Sales and organizational talent
Cordiality and confident appearance
Good knowledge of German and English
