We're "no tech": We know how to develop and sell great hardware products with a focus on sound-insulated phone

- and meeting booths.

We have no investors and we really don't want any. We've been profitable since day one.
We grow since day one not in employees or just coffee cups consumed, but in revenue and profit.

And to continue telling this success story, we are looking for a Working Student Supply Chain to help us bring a mutelabs phone box to every office in Europe.

This is the role:

As a
Working Student Supply Chain at mutelabs, you make sure that our stock levels are accurate the purchasing flow in our ERPsystem runs smoothly our master data is accurate and uptodate our delivery orders are transferred on time and accurately
This means that your daily tasks include...
Master data: Create articles in our ERP system (Odoo)
Place orders with production partners (based on demand planning and lead times, and booking production receipts)
Operational inventory/warehousing management: Coordinate monthly stock countings with warehousing partners, and allocation (restock based on min/max stock levels)
Prepare logistics/production partner scorecard
Transfer orders to logistics partners

Requirements:

We are looking for a supply chain enthusiast with a handson attitude. We are looking for someone who wants to learn everything there is to know about expanding the supply chain in Europe.

You are a handson problem solver
You are wellorganized, diligent, and very detailoriented
You like to work independently and selforganized
You are ambitious to learn
You're a strong team player and communications talent
English language skills on a native level
