You want to do exciting work and assume responsibility for your own projects starting from day one - all geared to a clear target role? Then join our 18-month Graduate Program and shape the future of ZEISS.

Your role

  • During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. Which departments these are depends on your chosen focus and your future role. During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work for professional and personal development. All this is aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program and make you familiar with the basics to take on any leadership tasks.

Profile:


  • Completed field of study in Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics or similar
  • You have gained first experience in the field, e.g., through internships or working student jobs (maximum of 1.5 years)
  • You enjoy pushing the technological limits and conceiving innovative solutions
  • Some first experience with 3D computer vision solutions such as 3D scene reconstruction, object tracking, 6D pose estimation, and robotic perception
  • The willingness to learn the deployment of computervision solutions into realworld robotic systems (e.g. using ROS)
  • You enjoy taking a systemlevel perspective and bringing together novel software and hardware solutions
  • You are not afraid to overcome demanding project tasks and their challenges
  • Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English & German, both written and spoken
