Purpose of Position
In this position you will be joining our Publisher Success team. This team responsible for maximizing our customer account activation and satisfaction within our network.


Your main responsibility will be to provide assistance to your team mates on both administrative and operational duties and responsibilities Assisting your team with these tasks will offer you the chance to attain exposure to our customer activities on an international scale.


Key Tasks

  • Be the firstline support in customer inquiries using our ticketing system where you will: answer lowlevel publisher inquiries, assign and/or escalate issues to the second or thirdlevel level support
  • Identify inactive customers and assist in the activation process
  • Deliver training materials and reports to our clients when requested
  • Provide support to senior team members in ongoing projects or adhoc tasks when required
  • Manage maintenance of support tickets and accounts in Salesforce

Skills & Expertise

  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and German
  • Comfortable with working in a fastpaced and dynamically changing environment
  • Problemsolving abilities and customer focus mindset
  • Multitasking and good time management and skills
