An international company specialized in logistics and transportation is on the outlook for a skilled software engineering or agile coach visionary with experience from large scale projects.

Location:
Hamburg with 2 days home office

Tasks

Agile transformation of the team and newly implemented information system
Coaching and training, designing elearning tools for users and product development teams
Participation and preparation of external audits
Communication with internal teams, managers and stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience as agile coach, software engineering process group leader, scrum master or methodology software engineer
Deep knowledge in software engineering methods, standards and tools
Sound understanding of agile scaling approaches
Readiness to travel abroad occasionally
Certified SAFe SPC, RTE, CI CD, CMMI
Some auditing experience and relevant industry experience are nice to haves
