In order to support the System Test Bench department, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a

Internship within Avionic System Bench Development (d/f/m):

Location: Donauwörth
Start: April 2023
Duration: 4 months

Your location:

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product.

Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Analyzing HMSD testprocedures, interfaces and requirements.
Taking into account the test requirements in terms of variants and tester needs.
Develop a concept for an automated test solution considering bidirectional communication with the EASI Test system for control and analysis.
Develop a solution for manual and fully automatic operations to optimize current and future avionic test.

Desired skills and qualifications:

Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Communication/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Aerospace Engineering or similar.
Knowledge / experience with XML, C++, HTML, Java, Python etc.
Knowledge / experience ideally with Microcontroller, IDE and Automation etc.
Thorough and structured way of working.
Language: Fluent in English.
