YOUR MISSION

  • Independently manage client relationships and projects
  • Gather clients hiring requirement
  • Create job advertisements
  • Define sourcing strategies
  • Lead a team of identers
  • Coordinate expert and client interviews
  • Support with the onboarding
  • Continuously help to improve our recruiting processes
  • Take on occasional (sub) projects on topics you feel passionate about

YOUR EXPERIENCE / TALENTS**- Proven experience in either recruiting or management consultancy

  • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Entrepreneurial drive
  • Open to develop and test new solutions
  • Empathetic leader of remote multinational teams
  • Able to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organisation
  • Professional knowledge of German and English
