- Conduct in-depth research on demographics, scenarios, and trends to identify and analyze consumer patterns, as well as develop user profiles. Provide valuable insights through typical user classifications to guide product planning.
- Investigate market dynamics and competitive landscapes to uncover user pain points and demands. Collaborate with product planning departments to deliver a portfolio of product concepts aligned with market needs.
- Perform thorough analyses of new product launches, including critical review assessments, market tracking, and satisfaction surveys. Proactively identify and address issues through continuous monitoring, ensuring timely corrections.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as psychology, statistics, mathematics, sociology, etc., with 8 years or more of experience in user research.
- Proficient in various quantitative and qualitative research methods, including surveys, qualitative interviews, focus groups, usability testing, SPSS, etc. Mastery of user research methodologies and experience leading projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, data analysis capabilities, keen insights, effective communication, collaboration, and driving abilities. Excellent presentation and expression skills are essential.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with the European market, possessing strong market sensitivity, and the ability to accurately grasp market trends.
