In order to support the growth of the company we are searching for an OLED Engineer.

Aufgaben

Your field is the design, execution and results evaluation of experiments to optimize OLED parameters
You are responsible to operate of OLED scientific equipment
You are responsible for optimizing existing equipment and machinery used in our pilot RnD line
You will identify issues and challenges in the process and develop solutions how to counter those issues

Qualifikation

You have at least 2 years of experience in OLED Scientific or Industrial environment
Ideally, you have scaled up and automated OLED production processes in the past and know common challenges and solutions to it
Ideally, you have proven experience in the industrial equipment, machinery and/or production of Ink-Jet printed OLED lighting or displays
Experience in designing, procuring and maintaining equipment and machinery
Experience in High-Vacuum equipment and inert gas environment, PVD processes, Ink-Jet processes, Lamination processes
Ability to dive into leadingedge and highly innovative technology and manufacturing processes
Experience in identifying critical parameters from OLED data
Selfmotivated and creative/innovative
Datadriven with strong documentation, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills
Good organization and time management skills
Strong team player
