Would you like to bring your innovative P&O power to life in a global organization and work in an environment that fosters collaboration and personal growth?

  • In your new role as a Junior Global P&O Business Partner (f/m/d) for Siemens Advanta EMEA, you play an active role in ensuring our People&Organisation (P&O) strategies and in enabling business strategies:
  • Together with the Global P&O BP for EMEA, you will orchestrate the operational and strategic topics along the people lifecycle (hiring, salary and promotions, people review, talent development, succession planning, pipelining, etc.)
  • You evaluate, consult and implement organizational measures (organisational changes, new orgs)
  • You develop, align and implement P&O projects in your responsibility for ADV EMEA and the entire Advanta (e.g. SponsorHer Talent Development program, Diversity Talks)
  • You manage the engagement survey and ensure consistent activities and followup
  • You advocate learning and competency development throughout ADV EMEA and the entire Advanta (e.g. fostering a learning culture, curation and maintenance of knowledge boards according to strategic learning imperatives)
  • You engage actively in initiatives to strengthen our Advanta culture, values and behaviours
  • You act as a coach and ambassador for agile methods and mindset
  • You are responsible for regular reports on KPIs and people topics presentations in management meetings

What you need to make real what matters.
You will be at an advantage if you

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, industrial psychology, or preferably a related field
  • Have at least three years of experience in human resources, transformation management and/or organizational development, including managing projects in human resources
  • Have already successfully designed and implemented peoplefocused plans and strategies in similar organizations
  • Are experienced in working with all levels of an organization
  • Bring excellent people skills, influencing and facilitation skills as well as executive presence
  • Can successfully navigate in a matrix environment, and being experienced in working in different cultural environments is a plus
  • Already bring experience in successfully supporting a diverse internal customer base by learning and understanding their business, objectives, and goals
  • Can handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines in an everchanging, fastpaced environment,
  • Convince with high level of detail orientation and quality as well as strong communication skills across all levels
  • English is a must. Additional languages, e.g. Spanish, are a plus
