Product Lead - Hamburg, Deutschland - Airbus

We are looking for a
"Product Lead (d/f/m) Tools & GSE" within Satair (a 100% subsidiary of Airbus) in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, Germany.
You will be responsible for managing the Airbus inventory for Tools & Ground Support Equipment (GSE) of ca. USD 100m distributed across Satair's warehouses worldwide.
The objective is to reach company targets with respect to inventory budget and turn rates, whilst ensuring the Airbus support obligations.

Satair Repair Services
Together with the business counterpart you are responsible for:
- Supporting the budgeting process and providing an aggregated view on inventory development
- Delivering transparency on our inventory position today vs budget
- Defining/managing actions to meet inventory targets per Product Line
- Managing inventory risk and opportunity
- Taking leadership into monthly management steering meetings
- Functionally leading a corresponding product team
- Empowering the product team to collectively achieve the defined and given product line target
- Followingup with the leadership team to align on resource / people management and upskilling / training plan
Your boarding pass
- You have strong analytical skills; ability to see the bigger picture and derive mid to long term recommendations on way forward
- You have a strong business acumen
- You have Project management skills, with strong ability to take ownership to deliver
- You demonstrate organizational skills and steering of xfunctional projects
- You are business fluent English; German or other language skills preferred but not mandatory
- You have basic SAP knowledge
- You are able to work datadriven (e.g. use analytics tools, think in data products)
- Preferably, you have Supply Chain knowledge and you are experienced in the Customer Service/After Sales

- You are a strong team player with a customeroriented mindset
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to balance and align varying interests of stakeholders
- You are able to build successful relations across functions and with all stakeholders
