MISSION
Accomplish the established production and quality goals for the assembly line assigned.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Check attendance of operators.
Train new operators.
Assign operators based on their versatility.
Attend pre-shift meeting and verify the conditions of the line from the previous shift.
Ensure set-up approval of the line and respond to any problems with it.
Collect and communicate to operators the daily production schedule.
Ensure operators comply with safety policies.
Work as operator if required due to absenteeism.
Monitor production results every hour, resolving or reporting any issues detected.
Ensure appropriate administration and use of materials.
Train and coach operators, perform layered flash audits, update skills matrix (versatility matrix).
Fill out production reports.
Ensure proper status of the workplace and the end of the shift.
Ensure production targets are met in quality and quantity.
Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
