InMachines Ingrassia GmbH is a young and international company focused on designing and producing open-source digital fabrication machines, such as 3D Printers, Laser Cutters, CNC Routers, and others.

Located in Schwarzenbek, in the surrounding area of Hamburg, InMachines is currently involved in a research project in cooperation with Fab City Hamburg, amongst other international projects.

The workshop has 400m2, with a wide range of machines and tools to build and produce prototypes and machine parts.

• Production including post-processing
• Machine kit preparation
• Machine assembly

• 3D modeling
• Organization of materials and tools
• Management of the inventory
• Documentation
• Building workshops
• Social Media marketing

• Student of either engineering or design
• Good hand working skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Flexibility, openmindedness, and the desire to learn
• Be proactive and motivated
• Teamoriented and at the same time independent
• Prior experience with the following is preferred:
• Assembly of mechanical parts
• Knowledge and usage of digital fabrication machines
• Electronics soldering and debugging
• 3D modelling
• Fab Lab
• Prototyping

• Preferred mandatory internship
• Salary calculated on internship type
