, Permanent**Fleet Servicing is a newly established team within Offshore Operations Fleet Management & Support team that will be responsible for the annual servicing of Wind Turbines at Trident, Greater Gabbard and London Array from an SOV along with supporting troubleshooting over the winter months as required.


Reporting to the Fleet Serving Team Lead, the Long Term Project Planner is responsible for the efficient planning and reporting on all WTG scheduled maintenance activity for the fleet servicing team ensuring high levels of quality, health and safety standards, and efficiency whilst optimising the utilisation of the vessel to perform fleet servicing at Trident, Greater Gabbard and London Array.


Your future responsibilities

  • Accountable for the efficient planning of all scheduled servicing delivered by the fleet servicing team, ensuring all maintenance is carried out on time and technically complete
  • Ensure all maintenance workflow processes are implemented and operate as designed, using KPIs and metrics to monitor performance and optimise activities
  • Work with the Supply Chain Logistics Team Lead to ensure the SOV teams needs are understood, communicated, and implemented to deliver the service team KPI's
  • Management and optimisation of port calls including the planning of bunkering, port operations, delivery and loading of parts, tools, and equipment to the quayside in good time from port calls
  • Management of staffing rotations to fulfill the servicing requirements. Contract Engineer for the external labour contract providing technical labour to the fleet servicing team
  • Invoice Management of external resource providers and port operations
  • Single point of contact for site operations and engineering team in terms of management of maintenance priorities, highlighting technical, operational, and commercial risks associated with changing the planned work
  • Assuring that project plans are regularly updated and reviewed and with levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring and forecasting to be communicated to site management and other stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in optimisation of commercial availability through maintenance and resource planning
  • Effective communicator, being able to operate at multiple levels of authority with cultural/regional understanding
  • Knowledge and experience using/managing a CMMS
  • Previous experience in Production and Maintenance Planning
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, and Excel
  • Previous knowledge of Marine Management Software for planning and manifesting
  • GWO's an advantage, but not essential
