Responsibilities:

Conduct market and strategic competitor analysis, including the assessment of industry trends
Help drive structuring market intelligence data
Assist in the development of corporate growth and value creation strategies
Support in target screening and the execution of M&A projects
Help work out management presentations

Profile:

Bachelor (senior) or master student in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable study program
Strong interest in strategy and M&A
First work experience (through internships) in strategy consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory
Outstanding analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and proactively
Fluent in German and English
