The Company
Kepler Partners is an independent boutique specialising in the regulated funds market. Founded in 2008, Kepler is a limited liability partnership and headquartered in London, with a subsidiary in Frankfurt. Kepler's team of 41 individuals is solely driven to provide the best level of service for its clients.

Kepler is made up of two complimentary divisions:
Our
Asset Management Division - Kepler Partners LLP is an FCA authorised investment manager.

Our investment vehicle, Kepler Liquid Strategies is a Dublin domiciled UCITS umbrella platform on which we host our Emerging Markets equity funds, managed by our in house investment team.

In addition we are responsible for five externally managed funds, selected via our fund research team. Through our in depth fund research we are also able to provide fund advisory and consulting services. Total assets under management are currently $1.8bn.


The Role
This will be a diverse role supporting the sales process and senior people in the business within the Asset Management division in Frankfurt


Responsibilities will include:

Sales Support:

  • Assisting with bespoke client reporting requirements, these can be regular reporting requirements or ad hoc.
  • Supporting on client questionnaires and data requests.
  • Assisting with the coordination and preparation of marketing materials.
  • Coordinating conference feedback for the sales team.
  • Working with and administrating the CRM systems (Salesforce and Profundcom)
  • When required, be willing / prepared to be an additional point of contact for key investors, particularly when the sales team are travelling.
  • Support the Events & Marketing executive with the coordination of Kepler conferences.
  • Manage smaller webinars for the UCITS team.

Office Support and Administration:

Administration, including but not limited to:

  • Support bookkeeping, preparation of accounts and evaluations
  • Checking incoming and outgoing payments
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and order supplies
  • Support planning and organizing business trips
  • Liaising with building management on any office related issues.
  • Health and safety
In addition to this they will likely possess the following attributes:

  • Strong personal skills; be good in front of clients, confident with colleagues and happy to work independently.
  • Be a good team player and proactive in helping where required.
  • Capable of making decisions and acting autonomously.
  • Rigorous and detailed in their approach; have an eye for detail and the desire to work at the highest standard.
  • Strong analytical skills and good written German and English to assist with preparing reports. Fluent in German and English.
  • Sound Microsoft word and excel skills, a preference for someone who has worked with Salesforce and ProFundCom before but this is not essential.
  • Someone who is organized, efficient and can be relied on to do what is expected of them.
