About the Role:

You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders both locally and globally and your remit will involve monthly travel to our UK sites and quarterly travel to Europe.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
Setting & owning the delivery of the Business Systems IT Strategy.
Delivering & effectively managing the Application Life Cycle Management.
Leading, developing and coaching a small serviceoriented team that delivers exceptional solutions & results.

A solid track record in Business Systems Management delivery role, (with a high focus in SAP ECC6 / ERP & digitalisation) with experience in Business Transformation Programme.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multisite team in a fastpaced Manufacturing /FMCG environment.
Well developed communication and influencing skills with the ability to articulate information to senior stakeholders and technical audiences and deliver a customer focused service through others to the internal stakeholder group.
