Responsibilities:


  • Handle all administrative HR processes from recruitment to termination
  • Address queries regarding HR processes, company regulations, and legal requirements
  • Prepare employment contracts, references, and evaluations
  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of HR processes
  • Administer personnel documents and maintain personnel files
  • Prepare documents for payroll accounting and evaluations
  • Execute HR processes according to standardized descriptions
  • Support HR managers in data processing and HR projects
  • Conduct personnel selection interviews and prepare disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate agreements with the Bundeswehr personnel department

Requirements:


  • Commercial training and HR specialist qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in HR operations
  • Knowledge of labor law, wage, and social security law
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP HR R
  • Good written and spoken English skills
