Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie:

• Deploy the Platform Quality Mission and Strategy to all Platform activities
• Set the quality objectives for the Platform and monitor the Platform KPIs related to Quality
• Control and monitor the conformity with the Platform development process
• Represent Quality in the Platform governance committees
• Define, maintain and continuously improve Platform quality standards taking into account all Platform
• Ensure that all relevant Lessons Learned Cards are taken into account for the update of Platform standards
• Define and drive the implementation of QRQC within the Platform
• Ensure that the Platforms technological roadmap takes into account Customer Line Incidents, Warranty and Direct Cost of Non Quality data. Coordinate the collection of such data for the definition of future variants or generations of products to be developed
• Define and drive the action plans to achieve the targets for the operational Platform KPIs related to Quality
• Manage the Platform Quality Leaders of the Platforms, ensure that their competences are at the right level

Damit begeistern Sie uns:

• Bachelor / Master Engineering degree and 35 years experience in R&D and/or Quality and 2 years as team leader
• Good knowledge in Product

- and Process Technology of electro-mechanical and/or optical products

• Very good knowledge and experience in Quality Tools (e.g. APQP, FMEA, 8D, QRQC) and project management
• Fluent in English, very good knowledge of French or German is an advantage
