The Strategic Product Development Team is an integral part of Hellmann's Global Sea Freight organization.

Representing FCL and LCL within the organization the team takes a leading role to identify, evaluate, initiate and further develop potential commercial improvements in key products of Hellmann's Seafreight division.

» Key Responsibilities:

Manage business growth based on Hellmann's Rate Management System architecture
Lead a cross functional team with FCL & LCL experts, Business Process Management as well as members from Digital, IT and Sales
Develop and promote a product vision
Definition of strategic goals and decision making on product roadmap
Manage the product backlog
Product discovery
Responsible for Business Cases

» Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong knowledge in commercial and/or operational Seafreight (experience of > 2 years)
Completed logistics apprenticeship and or completed University degree/Diploma in Logistics
Expertise in Rate Management System
Experience in Product Ownership and agile work methods are beneficial
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with all levels of employees
The ability to lead a project and work in a team environment across different assignments and cultures
Agile mindset, Can-Do & enthusiastic attitude
Decision making and risk taking capabilities
Collaborative skills and assertiveness
